The finest organic and/or certified naturally grown fruit from our farms and the farms on the beautiful western slope of Colorado. These retain the rich, sweet flavor of home grown tomatoes, better than any big chain grocer. These will add unbelievably great flavor to many dishes where you use fresh tomatoes. From stews and soups, casseroles and dips. 0.5 ounces of freeze dried is equal to one cup of fresh.
We get our tomatoes directly from our farm and other organic local farms. We have a relationship with our sources.... we're neighbors.  
Our freeze dried is the next best thing to fresh, keeping about 97% of the original nutrients, nothing is added...period, Just 100% fruit. And if soaked in water or a liquid of your choice, this fruit will reconstitute to it's original state making it a great addition to your cooking and baking.
Our fruit is packed in a regular zip lock or heat sealed, and re-sealable zip lock mylar bag.
